Float the Galliano over the back of a spoon so it sits in a golden band on the surface.

Fill a highball glass with ice, add the vodka and top with orange juice, leaving 2cm at the top.

Stir once to chill.

Float the Galliano over the back of a bar spoon so it rests on the surface.

Add a dash of grenadine if you like it sweeter and a shade pinker — it sinks and blushes the base.
