The Sex and the City cocktail that almost killed everyone at my Easter Sunday table. Pineapple, vodka, and a top of champagne — deceptively soft, dangerously easy.

Warn your guests. This tastes like fruit juice and hits like a truck.
Method
- 01
Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Shake the vodka, pineapple juice and triple sec hard with ice for 15 seconds.

Strain into the chilled glass. Top slowly with champagne — pour down the back of a spoon to keep the bubbles.
- 04
Drop a fresh raspberry in and serve immediately. Sip; do not shoot.
